Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
You can request exchanges or returns within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order at your address. This deadline is valid for cases of regret and dissatisfaction with the product.
For products with manufacturing defects, the deadline is 30 calendar days after receipt.
Conditions for Exchange
For the exchange to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
Be in the original packaging, without damage.
Include all accessories and manuals (when applicable).
Important: Used, damaged, or unpackaged products will not be accepted for exchange.

Returns due to buyer's remorse
If you simply changed your mind, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in Brazilian law.

The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products with Manufacturing Defects

How to Return Products
After requesting an exchange or return, you will receive a shipping authorization code by email.
Use this code to post the product at a post office, with no shipping costs to you (reverse logistics).
We recommend using the original packaging to ensure protection during transport. If it is not available, use suitable packaging.
Packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
